Refund Policy

Summary

• Failed generations give their credits back automatically.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Within 7 days of a purchase, you can ask for a full refund if you have used no more than 20% of the credits it added.

Failed generations

If an image or video fails to generate, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan and the credits already added stay available until the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests

Within 7 days of a purchase — a credit pack, a new subscription or a renewal — you can ask for a full refund if you have used no more than 20% of the credits that purchase added.

After 7 days, or once more of those credits have been used, we look at each request individually. We will help in particular when a technical problem on our side kept you from using what you paid for.

To ask for a refund, email support@dreammmer.com from the address you sign in with and tell us which purchase it is about. We reply within 2 business days.

After a refund

The credits added by the refunded purchase are removed from your account. If you refund a subscription, the plan ends at the same time. Images and videos you already made stay in your library.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by our payment partner Waffo, which acts as the merchant of record; PayPal payments are refunded through PayPal. Your bank or PayPal usually shows the refund within 5–10 business days.

Disputes

If something looks wrong with a charge, please email us first. We can usually resolve it much faster than a bank dispute.
