Terms of Service
The terms for using DREAMMMER, the AI image and video editor: your account, how credits and subscriptions work, who owns what you create, what you may not create, and our responsibilities to each other.
Last updated: 2026-10-17
About these terms
DREAMMMER is an AI image and video editor at dreammmer.com. You describe what you want in a chat; our Agent writes the prompt, picks an AI model and returns the result, and one-click tools handle tasks such as removing a background or restoring an old photo. These terms are the agreement between you and DREAMMMER ("we", "us") for using the website, the Agent, the tools and anything you create with them. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use DREAMMMER.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@dreammmer.com if you think someone else has used it.
- Do not open several accounts to collect sign-up credits, invite rewards or other free offers. We may merge, suspend or close accounts created for that purpose and remove the credits they collected.
How the service works
- Images and videos are generated by third-party AI models, such as those from Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, Kuaishou, Alibaba, MiniMax and xAI, which we run through our providers. The models available, their quality and their prices can change as providers update them.
- AI output is unpredictable. The same request can give different results, results may not match what you asked for, and they can contain mistakes such as distorted hands, wrong text or inaccurate details. Review every result before you rely on it, especially for commercial or public use.
- The model providers apply their own safety filters and may refuse a request. When a generation is refused or fails, its credits are returned automatically.
- Your conversations, uploads and results are private to your account unless you create a share link or they are featured under "Public showcase of free creations" below.
Credits
Generating images and videos and running tools uses credits. The cost of each task depends on the model, the output and, for video, the length, and is shown in the product.
- Sign-up credits. New accounts receive free credits once. They are for trying the service and may change or end at any time.
- Credit packs. Credits from a credit pack never expire.
- Subscription credits. A subscription adds a monthly credit allowance. Monthly credits expire when the next allowance begins and do not roll over. The one-time gift that comes with a first subscription never expires.
- Failed generations. If a task fails or is refused, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, and are not refunded when an account is closed, except as described in our Refund Policy.
- We may change how many credits a task costs. A change applies to tasks started after it takes effect, never to credits you already hold.
Subscriptions and payments
- Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again.
- Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by our payment partner Waffo, which acts as the merchant of record for those payments and may show on your statement. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your full card details.
- Prices are shown before you pay and may include or exclude tax depending on where you live. If we change the price of a subscription, the new price applies from your next renewal after we tell you.
- Refunds, including the 7-day refund window, are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your uploads and your creations
- Your uploads. You keep all rights in the photos, images and videos you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them, including permission from anyone who can be recognized in them.
- Your creations. As between you and DREAMMMER, you own the images and videos you create, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms, the rights of others and the terms of the AI model that produced them. Because AI models can produce similar output for different people, we cannot promise that a result is unique or that it does not resemble existing work.
- What we need to run the service. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display your uploads and creations so we can provide the service to you: sending them to AI models, showing them in your chats and library, and serving share links you create. We do not use your uploads or creations to train AI models of our own.
- Downloads on free accounts. Images downloaded from an account that has never made a purchase carry a small DREAMMMER mark. Any credit pack or subscription removes it.
Public showcase of free creations
If your account has never made a purchase, the work you create with free credits may be featured publicly on DREAMMMER after our team reviews it, for example in our showcase gallery and on our home page, as an example of what the service can do. This applies to conversations created both before and after this section was added.
- A featured case can include the messages and prompts in that conversation, any reference images you uploaded to it, and the images or videos it produced. We never show your name, email address or other account details with it.
- We review every case before it goes public and do not feature work that appears to contain private personal information, such as a recognizable photo of a private individual.
- By creating work with free credits, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and reproduce that work for this purpose.
- Once your account has made a purchase, we do not feature any more of your work without your permission.
- Deleting the conversation removes its case from public view. You can also ask us to take down a featured case at any time through our contact page, and we will remove it promptly.
What you may not create or do
Do not use DREAMMMER to create, upload or share:
- Any sexual or sexualized content involving minors, or content that appears to depict minors in that way. We report such material to the authorities.
- Sexually explicit content or nudity.
- Intimate or sexual images of a real person, or any content placing a real person in a situation they have not agreed to, including deepfakes meant to deceive, harass, embarrass or impersonate them.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, such as passing off another artist's or brand's work as your own.
- Content that harasses, threatens or promotes violence, hatred or discrimination against people or groups.
- Content made to mislead people about real events or public figures, fraudulent documents, fake IDs or fake receipts.
- Anything else that is illegal where you live or where it will be used.
And do not:
- Try to get around safety filters, for example by rewording a refused request to obtain the same content.
- Use automated tools to sign up, generate in bulk or scrape the service, or resell access to it without our written permission.
- Attack, probe or overload our systems, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Copy, reverse engineer or rebuild the service, its prompts or its interface.
How we enforce these rules
We may decline or stop a request, remove content, disable share links, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. For serious or repeated violations we may act without warning. When a request is refused, its credits come back as usual; but if content that breaks these rules was generated, the credits used for it are not returned, and free credits on a closed account are removed. If you think we made a mistake, write to support@dreammmer.com and we will review it.
Our service and brand
The DREAMMMER name, logo, website, Agent and interface belong to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you any right to use them, except to use the service as intended. We may add, change or remove features and models, and we may pause the service for maintenance. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing a paid feature you rely on.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing support@dreammmer.com from the address you sign in with. Cancel any subscription first so you are not charged again. When an account is closed, we delete its conversations, uploads and creations, keeping only the payment records we are required to keep, and any remaining credits end. Download anything you want to keep beforehand.
Disclaimers
DREAMMMER is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that AI results will be accurate, original or suitable for your use.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will tell you by email or in the product before they take effect. If you keep using DREAMMMER after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
