Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: July 8, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using Dreammmer. It applies to prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images, account activity, and any attempt to bypass safety systems.
1. Safety Review
Dreammmer may review prompts, uploaded images, generated images, metadata, and abuse signals automatically or manually. Requests may be blocked when safety systems return deny, flag, or similar risk decisions.
If moderation is unavailable, generation may be temporarily blocked instead of routed around safety review.
2. NSFW and Sexual Content
Do not use Dreammmer to create, request, upload, or distribute NSFW, explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, nude, fetish, erotic, or sexually exploitative content.
Content involving minors in any sexual, suggestive, exploitative, or age-ambiguous context is strictly prohibited.
3. Face-Swap, Deepfake, and Identity Abuse
Dreammmer may not be used for face-swap, deepfake, or face manipulation workflows. Do not impersonate real people, create non-consensual intimate imagery, or generate content that falsely suggests a person said or did something.
4. Harmful and Illegal Content
Do not create content that promotes violence, self-harm, exploitation, abuse, illegal activity, regulated goods, weapons, drugs, fraud, phishing, scams, or evasion of law enforcement.
Do not create hateful, harassing, abusive, or demeaning content targeting protected characteristics or vulnerable people.
5. Rights, Privacy, and Commercial Use
Do not upload or generate content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality duties, or platform terms.
You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for reference images, brand assets, people, products, locations, or commercial uses.
6. Platform Abuse
Do not attempt to bypass moderation, probe policy boundaries at scale, automate abusive generation, scrape the service, overload infrastructure, resell unauthorized access, or use stolen payment methods.
Do not use Dreammmer for products or marketing that claim uncensored, no filter, unfiltered generation, or adult-only image generation.
7. Enforcement
Violations may result in blocked requests, hidden or deleted outputs, loss of credits for abusive activity, account limits, suspension, termination, or refusal of refunds where permitted by law.
