Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 10, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to Dreammmer, an independent AI image generation product. By using Dreammmer, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Service
Dreammmer lets users create AI-generated images from text prompts and optional reference images. Dreammmer is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the providers of the AI models, hosting services, payment services, or moderation services we integrate.
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for reliability, safety, legal compliance, provider requirements, or product changes.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dreammmer. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
We may apply request limits or refuse, temporarily lock, suspend, or terminate access if account activity creates security, payment, abuse, or content-policy risk. Repeated blocked content or attempts to evade safety controls may trigger automated restrictions, subject to appeal through support.
3. Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions
Dreammmer uses credits for image generation. Subscriptions and one-time credit packs are billed through PayPal. Taxes, invoices, payment methods, and payment disputes may be handled through PayPal and Dreammmer support.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage billing, payment methods, invoices, and subscription cancellation through the billing controls in your account or through PayPal automatic payments.
We may send purchase receipts and keep records showing checkout, credit delivery, successful generation, download activity, and related account access so we can support you and respond to payment disputes.
Credits already consumed for completed generation are generally not refundable. Refund eligibility, mandatory consumer rights, and PayPal dispute options are described in our Refund Policy.
4. User Content and Generated Content
You keep the rights you already have in the prompts, reference images, and other content you submit. You grant Dreammmer the limited permission needed to process, transmit, store, moderate, and display that content so we can provide the service, keep generation history, support billing and safety operations, and respond to support requests.
You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and use of generated images do not violate law, third-party rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or our Acceptable Use Policy.
AI-generated images may not be unique. We do not guarantee that outputs are suitable for every commercial, legal, advertising, or regulated use case.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Dreammmer to generate NSFW, explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, harmful, illegal, hateful, abusive, or deceptive content. You also may not use Dreammmer for face-swap, deepfake, or face manipulation workflows.
Our Acceptable Use Policy explains prohibited content in more detail. Violations may result in blocked requests, withheld or deleted outputs, request limits, account restrictions, suspension, or termination. Refund decisions remain subject to our Refund Policy, applicable law, and PayPal rules.
6. Moderation and Safety Review
Prompts, uploaded or referenced images, and generated outputs may be reviewed automatically or manually for safety, abuse prevention, payment compliance, provider compliance, and legal compliance. A deny or flag decision may block the request or prevent delivery of the output, including when the moderation service is unavailable.
We do not promise to disclose detailed moderation signals or category scores, because doing so can make abuse controls easier to bypass.
You may request review of a content or account restriction by contacting support@dreammmer.com from your account email. We may preserve the records needed to investigate the decision and prevent repeated abuse.
7. Third-Party Services
Dreammmer relies on third-party providers including PayPal for payments, a configured moderation provider for prompt and image safety review, Volcano Engine / Doubao for image generation, S3-compatible storage for uploads and generated media, Resend for email, and optional OAuth providers such as Google.
Those services may process data as described in our Privacy Policy and in their own terms.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
Dreammmer is provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free outputs, provider availability, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dreammmer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
