Pro image and video estimates share the same credits and cannot be added. Counts use the lowest-cost settings; videos are 6 seconds at 480p without reference inputs. Studio video credits are separate from its included image benefit.

Which image resolutions can I use for free?
Free accounts can use 1K. Active Starter, Pro and Studio plans unlock model-supported 2K and 4K. Access continues until a canceled plan expires, or while valid purchased credits remain. After both expire, new generation returns to 1K; existing work remains available to view and download. Upscaling also requires paid access. Native 8K is not offered; standard-output models use their native dimensions. High-resolution access does not change credit pricing or the scope of Studio unlimited images.
Can I generate videos with Starter or a credit pack?
New Free and Starter accounts can generate and edit images. Upgrade to Pro or Studio to generate videos; you also need enough video-eligible credits. A credit pack alone does not unlock video. You can still view video models and download your existing videos.
What happens to my earlier purchases?
Earlier subscriptions keep video access for the already-paid period, including a paid annual term. Renewals follow the new plan rules. You can still use remaining credits from earlier credit-pack purchases for video; new credits do not extend that exception. Your account shows the applicable end time or remaining legacy video credits. Already accepted video tasks continue normally.
Should I choose a subscription or a credit pack?
Start with 1K images using your 100-credit signup gift. Starter is for image generation and editing; Pro adds video generation with shared credits, and Studio includes its selected unlimited image benefit plus video credits. Packs add credits but do not unlock video.
What can I use credits for, and how are they charged?
Image generation and editing use credits. Video generation requires Pro or Studio and also uses credits. Charges depend on model, resolution, count, duration and billable references. Auto uses the selected model’s rate; multiple steps add up. Output counts are alternatives, not separate allowances.
What does Studio’s unlimited image generation include?
Studio includes unlimited image generation under fair use with Z-Image Turbo standard output, GROK Image2.0 standard output, and FLUX.2 Pro at 1K. Other models and tiers, including 4K, are outside this benefit. Video generation uses credits.
Do credits expire, and can I keep unused credits?
Credit-pack credits and the 1,000-credit first-subscription gift never expire. Subscription credits are issued monthly and expire when the next monthly allowance begins; unused subscription credits do not roll over.
How does annual billing work?
Pay once for the year and receive credits each month. Starter saves 30%, Pro 40%, and Studio 50% compared with 12 monthly payments. Credits are issued on each subscription-month anniversary. Canceling renewal does not stop monthly credits during your paid year.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel automatic renewal from Billing in your account. Your paid benefits remain available until the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions continue receiving monthly credits through the paid year. Canceling renewal is separate from requesting a refund.
Can I use generated images and videos commercially?
Subscriptions and credit packs include free downloads and commercial use rights for personal or business projects. Your use must comply with our Terms of Service, and you are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and outputs respect third-party rights.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy a credit pack for additional image credits, or additional video credits while your Pro or Studio subscription is active. Pack credits never expire and do not renew automatically. A pack does not unlock video for Free or Starter accounts.
How can I get help with a payment or generation issue?
Contact us through a support ticket with your order or generation task details so we can investigate. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, and failed generations or unexpected charges can also be reported.
